In response to the training and employment promotion needs of groups at risk of social exclusion, Betania is committed to offering comprehensive training. This training aims to activate and develop key skills for creating tools, abilities, and attitudes that facilitate the training process and subsequent employment in the hospitality sector. In this way, the goal is to enhance employment opportunities for the participants.

The Nuevo Hogar Betania Hospitality School is located in Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz), at C/ Los Moros nº7 in Bodega de Mora. This space is used to carry out the practical part of the training, with the main objective of providing technical and personal skills that promote the socio-labor integration of the beneficiaries, recognizing and enhancing each individual’s potential.

Through this hospitality project, Betania seeks to promote the concept of employability as a second stage of the reintegration process that has been developed with the users of our programs.

As a complement to the training, accommodation is offered during the theoretical-practical preparation phase for those who lack other resources.

All participants are referred from our entity’s programs, as well as from other public or private entities.
